At Chazza Hair, we are commited to providing exceptional hairstyling services to our valued clients. In order to ensure that appointments are honoured and to manage our schedule effectively, we have implemented the following Deposits Policy. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding deposits for appointments with us.

Deposit Amount

A deposit of 50% of the total appointment cost, or the total cost of any specialist products required to perform the services requested, whichever is the greater, will be required to secure your booking, 

Timing of Deposit

The deposit will be required at the time of booking your appointment of at any time it is requested from yourself by us. This deposit is necessary to confirm and reserve your preferred date and time slot for hairstyling services.

Payment Options

Deposits can be made using the following payment method: 

Although we do accept cash as payment for the final cost of the appointment, due to the remote nature of my business, I'm regretfully unable to accept cash payments for deposits.

Deposit Application

The amount of your deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your hairstyling services on the day of your appointment. The remaining balance will be due upon completion fo your appointment.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice. In the event of a cancellation within this notice period, your deposit will be refundable, unless we've purchased product in order to perform the services you specifically requested. If we need to purchase additional products in order to perform the requested services, we'll make you aware at the time of booking - in such a case, your deposit will be non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Should you wish to reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hours notice. Your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date and time. 

No-Show or Late Arrivals

No-Show

If you fail to attend your appointment, or we attend your chosen appointment location and you are not present, we reserve the right to consider it a late cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals

If you are unable to commence your appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, we reserve the right to consider it a late cancellation, and your deposit will be forefited.

Special Circumstances

In the case of extenuating circumstances that prevent you from honouring your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that emergencies can arise, and we will do our best to work with you to accommodate your situation.

Exceptions

The Deposits Policy may not apply to certain promotions, packages, or special events. Please enquire with us for more information.
